Via the apps (once they’re live)

We read every review on Apple’s App Store. We respond publicly where it helps other readers. - Google Play reviews
Same on Google Play. Sensitive or complex issues are continued in a private channel where Google allows it. - In-app feedback
Each app includes a “Send feedback” link in settings — it travels with the app version so we know exactly what to look at. - Privacy & data requests
UK GDPR Subject Access Requests come via the contact form once it lands, or via Companies House for written correspondence. We respond within the statutory 30 days.
What we deliberately don’t have
To keep our overhead low and our prices honest, Keepwright doesn’t run:
- A phone line
Written messages are clearer, more accurate, and we can come back to them properly. A telephone game with a stranger isn’t support. - A live chat widget
Most of those are tracking tools dressed as customer service. We never carry one. - A drop-in office
We’re a small, remote UK studio. There’s nowhere to visit because we’d rather spend the money on the apps.
These aren’t failings to apologise for. They’re part of how the price stays one-time and the apps stay private.
